“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence – it is to act with yesterday’s logic.”
Peter Drucker, US-American-Austrian economist and pioneer of modern management

Over the past decade, we have observed two defining trends in the context of our work:

1.

In economic, political, and social debates, facts are increasingly replaced by narratives.

2.

Emotional outrage is often taking the place of critical reasoning and solution-oriented dialogue.

To address the central challenges of an interconnected global society and economy, we must reestablish an honest, fact-based, and forward-looking discourse—one that is grounded in shared values and open engagement with differing perspectives.

To contribute to a future worth living, we curate and host several formats that foster this kind of dialogue—bringing together world-class thought leaders, the board members of tomorrow, and seasoned top executives.
